      image They cancelled my scheduled afternoon tour without telling me. I had to call them to figure out. In addition, most photos and videos they have posted online are not concordant with the stated floor plans.
      The person I later spoke to on the phone was very inconsistent and could not give me straight answers throughout our conversation. I asked for pictures/videos of floor plans I was interested in (given the above) and all she gave me was a quote of an apartment instead. This limited interaction left a sour taste in my mouth and makes me wonder how I would be treated once I do actually start giving them my money.

      image Elevator makes it impossible to stay here & management is so rude that you can't even bring it them. Not a luxury apartment for sure.
