I am not happy with that same company on Indian school west. They not able sent me for quick a new psychical therapy since one of them not work with me anymore. And they asked to reschedule but the form paper said I back to work and postpone. Also they have no communication with me for x ray when to
Come my place unexpected. And they didnt know about xray scan on me. Not so communicating. VRI ASL interpreter is keep frozen on screen so annoying. Thats why I am not happy this place.

Your receptionists are rude people!!! The ER referred me to see Micheal Billhymer, I have now called 2x and your receptionists have hung up on me every single damn time while I am in the middle of speaking!!! I will not be calling back, this is the worst referral I have ever got

I would leave zero stars if I could, I needed one simple piece of paperwork filled out detailing my return to work accomodations after I broke my pelvis, and instead of my doctor taking 30 seconds to fill it out they made me submit it through a 3rd party service called healthmark to be filled out. Not only did this cost SEVENTY dollars for my paperwork to be filled out but it took them a month and a half and three resubmissions because they filled out the paperwork wrong every single time. Something that could have been over in less than a minute pushed out over a month because they're too "busy" and want to make another 70 bucks off you. This not only caused me to go over my return to work date because of their lack of promptness but also they reached out to me to fill out the restrictions information and the information about my injury instead of reaching out to my doctor that they're clearly connected to. The doctor took over a week to send back the last fixed rendition and didn't even bother filling it out all the way. Treating your patients like they're in a medical factory instead of a healthcare office is beyond me and frankly is exactly what's wrong with healthcare in this country.

Dr. Miller did my wife's surgery. He was not so friendly with us but the surgery went well so this review is not about him. It is the his assistant Jessica, I think she hates her job and do not want to help anyone. She does not care about the patients at all. My wife discharged from the hospital 9 days ago with 2 pelvis and a sacrum fractures. She could not figure out PT sessions for her, she could not even send the referrals to to right place. First of all, if you call her, good luck to reach out her. If she answers, she does not even pay attention about your case, she is also not so nice. We were literally begging her to figure out the PT situation and at the end she thought that my wife does not want a PT so she did not even help with that. My wife also needed an x-ray before the doctor's visit. On the phone, my wife asked her to send the referral SMIL, which our insurance covers. Instead she sent it to the Simon med for no reason. At the end, I needed to go to the office and talk with her in person because we could not reach out to her. She gave me 2 referrals, one for PT and one for x-ray and told me that we can figure out PT by ourselves. Guess what?! We could not. Wherever we called, they said the doctor's office needs to send the documents. It has been 9 days and we still do not have a PT. Thank you Jessica!!!
