This company is a joke, a BAD joke!!! They gave the tenants all the passes possible, making them think it was ok to pay rent late with no fees applied, even after an eviction notice had to be sent. They had no key to the property, only the tenant did. And they didnt follow the information set out in the contract. It was a mess for 2yrs. The best choice I made was firing them. Do NOT use this "management" company!!!

I have been renting from All Points gong on my 4th year now. Bob, Jesus, Allen and team have all been awesome. They always provide immediate response and take action to correct the issue. It is such a pleasure to know they are always available to assist as needed and take pride in the property they support. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to your renters.

I lived in one of their properties for 10 plus years the carpet was trash when I moved it but that was cool cause they said its not on the lease, my deposit was 1400.00, I bought a house and closed with three months left on the lease, I had a family that offered to replace the carpet and clean but they denied that so the house sat empty for almost three months. I had it professionally cleaned and they came back and wanted 1500.00 plus keep my deposit saying the house was unlivable, when all they did was replace the carpet with wood flooring and baseboards, oh they also upgraded the stove and dishwasher to the stainless steel appliances then threatened to take me to court for the 1500.00, which they never did I tried take then to court but you cant serve a PO Box and the address's for the owner were all not valid, the end result is they scammed me out of my deposit. I'm reading these other reviews and in the 10 years I lived there Bob did squat but to lie to enter the property which all he had to do was ask, he didn't find anything wrong which was two years prior to us moving out except the carpet which was trash prior to me moving in. I talked with the new tenants and he charged them to change the locks and a few other things which are also on the breakdown of things he charged me for. He also lied to them and said I had 8 dogs. Scammers plain and simple. My case was thrown out cause I couldn't find a valid address to serve for any of them within the 30.

My husband and I moved out from California over a year ago and rented our first house through Bob! It was a great house, he was easy to get ahold of, and they responded in a timely manner! I would highly suggest them to anyone looking to rent! They were on top of things but still let you have your privacy and feel like it was your house!
