Happened to be in the area and needed to return a package. The label wouldn't load on my phone and the woman at the store took care of everything for me. She didn't let me pay either!! Great customer service and convenient business!

Ive been dropping my packages here for over a year now. Im in here a lot and they are always so welcoming. Very sweet staff, wouldnt go anywhere else.

I am totally new to this mailroom concept and just wanted to protect my home mailing address so purchased the Ipostal! Stopped into the mailroom this morning and Judith helped me get an idea of how this works... Very helpful and accommodating. I will be forwarding mail for times away in the future... thank you!

This is the most friendly punch. They're always smiling, they're always happy. They're super helpful, and I found that unless you're printing three or more labels they're not going to charge you. They ship ups, fedex, usps, and I think DHL to based on the window however I've never used dhl. They even accept Amazon returns if you have an actual UPS label that they can print up. I've been going here for quite a while for ups packages, and whenever I do FedEx packages now, I'll be going there too. Even USPS when I can unless I have to go to the Post office. These people are amazing they're a small business run by women and they're just the friendliest ever. Please help support your local small businesses.
Also, other than one single UPS store. This store has friendlier people than almost any UPS Store I've ever been to. EVER!!!
