I do not recommend Honorhealth ER or the hospital at all, their lack of assertiveness could have had fatal consequences for my mom. At neither place did they give her first aid to lower her high blood pressure until after more than 10 hours. In both places they took a urine sample and did not detect any infection in her urine. Five days after being discharged from the hospital, we took her to her primary care physician for a urine test and she was found to have an INFECTION. We requested the services of a psychiatrist, who charged and did nothing.

My mom had high blood pressure and we took her to an honor health care urgent care and remit her to this hospital. She had high blood pressure almost her whole stay. Why they couldnt giver her medication rigth away? 2 nights to release her. They gave her some test and at 530 pm the second day the doctor said that he analized the tests and looked good but he wanted to.have an ultrasound next day. The tests were done in the morning so until 545pm no food and delayed one more night. Not impressed by cardiologist or physchiatric doctor.

I must say I am thoroughly impressed with this hospital's ER team. I arrived at 7pm, checkin went very smooth. I noticed there were already several people waiting so I knew it would be a wait. At 9pm, it was pretty much my time to be seen but there was a real medical emergency in the waiting area as someone came in and collapsed. The way the team quickly cares for this patient was thoroughly impressive. This also let me know, my wait would be extended. Around 10pm, I was ready to leave. The team member at the front desk empathetically helped me make the decision to stay a little longer. He also explained that they are a trauma hospital. That explained a lot to me. I was finally called back at 11pm. Although this team had been having a very busy night with back to back emergencies, trauma arrivals, and other things, they were extremely patient, professional caring, empathetic, nice, personable, and efficient. Smiles, laughs, conversation, bedside manner, and explaining details to my situation were excellent. Yes, I was there for almost 8 hours, but it was worth the wait! I am grateful for this team and happy to know I have a place to go when I'm having a medical emergency. I know everyone has different needs and smiles and laughs are not appropriate for everyone or all situations but I appreciate them being personable with me. Beyond this, they took excellent care of me. I left with a plan and feeling better! I
