      image I've wandered through this place trying to get waited on. Not just once, but many times over a 5 year period. I was completely ignored. I've touched a machine only to be told not to touch. I've tried to ask a question, but she could never be bothered.
      Finally I went to the Internet and bought a machine.

      image Brought back a machine a couple days after supposed 10 day return policy. Would not take it back. Period. Be very careful if you purchase a machine here.
      Update - don't know if this will always work, but talked to manager of _JoAnn's_ not Viking store and it appears it will be taken care of. Just mind the 10-day return period. They're sticklers about it!
