      image If you're returning your CenturyLink equipment here, BE SMART! Guy working the counter was helping another customer and recognized my package. He asked if I needed a receipt for it and because I was in a hurry to get out of there, I said no I don't and he okay you're good to go. Now I'm being charged $150 by CenturyLink for an unreturned cable box even though they got the other items in the box and I can't dispute the charge because I don't have a receipt or tracking number.
