Had appointments for a group of 5 for mani-pedis on a Saturday, a first-time experience for one in our group. I was offered the menu while receiving my pedi and decided on the classic gel pedi, which was supposed to come with a ten-minute massage. I was last into my chair and first out. I was not asked which mani service I wanted, my cuticles were completely ignored, and received a Very express dip manicure. I appreciate speed and friendliness, but I was so disappointed with my experience for the price tag. Not sure I would come back here, at least definitely not during peak times. I would look at what services are offered ahead of time, and whats included in them. Know exactly what you want before you go in, and speak up if youre not satisfied.

Giving 2 stars just because they do a good job applying the dip nails. But removal is a whole story!!!
They do a measly and incomplete job.. twice I had it removed from the salon and both times I have to come back home and do my own diligence in removing and cracking the dip from my nails. Its a displeasure. Also the staff is very rude!!!!
