Called and spoke with a really nice woman about scheduling a 15 minute consultation. Scheduled it online, never received a call at the appointment time. Called and left a message, never received a call back. Scheduled another consultation online, never received a call at the appointment time. Based on other reviews Im sure this is a fine firm but clearly the technology or operations fall short.

Called on a Monday to schedule an appointment and we were directed to an online scheduling system. The openings were for in the afternoon - we paid $150 for a 30 min consultation and received confirmation via email. We never received a call or cancellation. We emailed the lawyer and finally got a response saying he/she was sick. We requested a cancellation and refund and never got a response. Very unprofessional. If you are sick you should turn off or block your calendar vs. taking customers money.
