Let me first say that I LOVE this facility and the staff are great, but the billing practices -- that are handled by an off-site "corporate" HQ group -- are absurd at best and predatory at worst.
I'm a small business owner. I've had a Regus account for 5 years in some way shape or form and, over the last 3 years of my interactions with them I've had more disagreements with them over billing than I have with all of my other business services, vendors, clients, etc COMBINED.
The last time this happened, they had made billing errors and, to get my retainer back, I had to have my ATTORNEY threaten litigation. I've been at this office space for 6 weeks and looks like that's what it's coming to again. Maybe their game is to do all that they can to avoid repaying a retainer. It's not about the money. It's about the principle. And this is wrong. NEVER AGAIN will I have a Regus or Regus-affiliated service or office. No matter how convenient, the frustration is not worth it.

I absolutely love this office. We are on the 4th floor with amazing views of North Scottsdale. The location could not be any better with shops and restaurants walking distance. Most importantly the staff is amazing. Front desk ladies are always there to assist and help with any of my concerns (if any). Its a beautiful office!

Currently a tenant at his location. Staff is amazing. Organization goes above and beyond expectations plus stellar views. I would definitely recommend.
