Have been basically satisfied with the service there.  But during the "assessment" they are always looking for ways to charge more or get permission "to shave" your dog.  Which is always annoying.  I know to expect it so, I took extra care to ensure no issues with Stella prior to arrival.  So this was not a "matting" problem.  She was supposed to get a teddy bear face cut and a #3 on her torso.  This is what her face now looks like.  Unacceptable!

Took my Turkey Cat here to get a bath and a haircut for the second time and they did an awesome job. Very nice and attentive staff and he looks amazing!

Bath & brush spa day for our small short haired kitty and everything went perfectly with the groomer Krissy, whom is super friendly and professional. Recommend! Not experienced with anyone else since we come in infrequently but prior groomers have been ok but not outstanding (but Krissy is great.)
