They are super honest and super friendly.... until you find out that the owner himself doesn't guarantee their cars. Got a van here just needing something reliable for me and my kids the night I brought it home which was only 12 miles from the dealership the engine light came on and it threw several codes about the thermostat and several misfires. I called several times and was told the owner wasn't in.and to take my car to Stanleys here in town because thats who they used. I took my car to a more trusting auto mechanic Pro Auto to be told that it had a blown head gasket, the thermostat was stuck open so the car wouldn't over heat which is a fast way to Disguise this problem. Being so upset that I had 7200 dollars literally robbed from me I called KCs back and told them what was wrong Arnold finally gave us the owners number in speaking with the owner he told me he wasn't the one i needed to talk to that I ⁰would need to talk to Arnold because he sold me the van? Which made no sense in how he is the owner of the dealership the one who goes to auctions to buy the cars and fix them . Told me he wouldn't talk to me over the phone and that I've had the car now for a month even though I've tried to get in touch with him the day I bought the car. He proceeded to tell me he doesn't guarantee the cars even though Arnold said there was nothing wrong with the car but that it had been in a small wreck but had been fixed and that it was about 4 years ago so the van is perfect for me and my family ....which was a lie. If you don't guarantee your cars way sale them for so expensive and lie to the customer about it . I will be contacting the BBB and the newspaper about this situation they do not deserve any award for being a crook and not treating someone solid and fairly . Btw the car was purchased the 25th of feb i posted pics the day we got it and one of the four codes that popped up the 26th of Feb for proof
