We had just bought our home and needed carpets cleaned before we got our stuff. I called Garys cleaning and they came in right away and cleaned our carpets! They did a fantastic job. We will be using them again.

The owner came to my apartment to do an estimate. It was a little high but I was referred to the company by my previous house cleaning gal. She had said "he has good people" so she was referring to Gary. Gary is no longer the owner. The first cleaning, a "deep cleaning", left my apartment smelling like toxic chemicals and the range hood destroyed from the product they used. The paint was completely wiped off. I was promptly reimbursed for having it replaced so I decided to give them a second chance and asked for natural products. They were over an hour late, 3 people cleaning a 2 bedroom apartment was ridiculous, they were literally bumping into each other. After a little over an hour of cleaning, they vacuumed the living room and packed up to leave. I asked about vacuuming the other rooms and was told they'd done them. I was sitting right here, they had NOT. They didn't use the toxic chemicals but they also didn't use any kind of cleaner that I could detect. There wasn't a "fresh smell" at all. After they left, I saw they had done a totally unsatisfactory job and emailed the owner. No response. I received a bill and told her I didn't think I should pay for such poor work and no one came to correct it. She replied she'd already paid the cleaners so I had to pay the bill. I received a second bill with an 18% late fee. I emailed her again, offered to pay half the original bill and to please contact me. After almost a week, no response. I would NOT recommend Mariza or her company to anyone!

Over charge and I'm having to reclean! Horrible service.
