I have had my water softener serviced by BSC for the last 20 years (2001). They have always taken extremely great care of us. I purchased my softener from them in 2001 and have only had to have them repair a small leak once in 20 years! They deliver salt regularly to my home in Port Barre and they have never ever let my salt run completely empty. I would never dream of hiring someone else to maintain my water softener. The salt is so reasonably priced too!!

I can’t give BSC WaterCare ANY stars but because it won’t let me post without it, they have 1 star. This is very sad. You are a small business in these times and you can’t give the customers you have good customer service. At least 2-3 times a year, I have to call to find out why they haven’t serviced my water softener fir 2-3 months. I have extremely high levels of iron in my well water. They allow the tank to up completely salt pellet free. When I call, the service guys are given a request to clean out the rusty looking sludge in the bottom of the tank. They never show up when I’m told they will. It’s always 1-3 days later. Today, they were given instructions to clean it out. They were observed just dumping the salt in with no maintenance. They were asked to clean it out and they told my mother who was at my house that they will do it another time. This is NOT acceptable. I will begin searching for another service company.
