Very impressed with the professionalism and help that John Erst, the Store Manager at the Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg location provided while shopping for wedding bands. Many jewelry stores give you the "pushy salesman" vibe, but John was very thorough and patient while we tried on many styles, eventually finding the perfect ring. Rogers & Hollands Jewelers family-owned and operated culture definitely shines through. Highly recommend!

Rogers & Hollands is a nice jewelry store that offers a variety of gems, diamond jewelry and time pieces. They also do repairs and offer trade up on diamond purchases made there. You can even custom design your own ring!
Ive been helped by many over the decades that Ive been buying my diamonds there. Most recently Ive been helped by Ricki. Today he cleaned and checked my items and helped me look at a nice ceramic Movado Watch. Ricki is very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Hes very easy to work with and offers several options and ideas. The whole team there is nice and will help serve including John and Sergio too!
What I like is there is no pressure for you to make a purchase. They are straightforward with pricing and have good deals. For being in the mall, this says a lot as others jewelry are marked up way too high and offer the same old patterns and designs!
They have a nice quality selection in all price ranges with unique settings that other places dont have. Their diamonds are guaranteed for replacement as long as you own the item - providing you bring it in and get it cleaned and checked every 6 months. Its a great concept and puts you at ease that your items stay in excellent condition!

I've been coming here specifically for my diamond jewelry. Ive had this ring (see picture) for over 10 years now and it still looks like the first day I received it! I have several other pieces and Ive never had any problems. They are all very solid and Diamonds are top notch! R&H are a specialized jeweler and not like the other generic sub par jewelry places in the mall that mass produce the same things. Prices are fair and quality of diamonds are top grade with supporting gemologist documentation. They guarantee their jewelry and will clean and check it for you every 6 months. Service is very friendly and no pressure.

My fiance and I have visited several jewelry stores for an engagement ring. The staff at Rogers and Hollands in Schaumburg were by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. John Erst, the store manager, was AMAZING. He understood what we were looking for and took the time to educate us on diamonds. He found the most perfect diamond and setting that was well within our budget. The ring was custom-made and we received it in about a week. When we went to pick up the ring, John informed us that he found us an even higher quality diamond and had it set within a day!! John is the best! He found us a diamond with better color, carat, and clarity at a lower price point than what we were quoted for by competitors. Overall, it was an easy, fun, and positive experience.
