      image I went to Bangor Savings for the first time ever. I was trying to deposit a check in an account holders name. I would think this would be incredibly easy but it was anything but. If you have a stupid bank rule, don't make it worse by being rude to the customer. I have thought about getting an account here, but after that experience, it is a hard no.

      image I just spoke to a Vice President of the bank. The guy doesnt even have an MBA and the education he does have is online from Phoenix.
      This leads me to believe the intellectual capacity and decision making of the lead ship of this bank leaves a lot to be desired.
      Really sad. Have been doing business with these people for a long time but my recent interaction leaves me feeling very let down by the quality of this institution and the standards they hold themselves to.
      Very poor.
