Very inconsiderate company they (Glen) Trespassed on my property went over my gate To get into the property without access, avoiding the no trespassing signs and making an appointment properly. There was no rush to do this work and it could have waited for a proper appointment when the home owner was there.
Additionally the 811 number doesn't work when you call it it's saying it can't be accessed at this time.

Absolutely the rudest service I have every received. Had trouble finding my house and instead of being willing to work with me the owner told me that he "did not have time to deal with this" and told me to "find someone else to do your work for you". If this is how the company makes a first impression, it can only make you wonder how they treat you down the road. I am shocked by the rudeness
