Be prepared to barely rest. Even during the middle of the night. Staff only spoke with the room. Which did nothing, the room would carry on with minutes. My boyfriend and I called the front desk multiple times. Nothing was ever resolved nor any refund due to the horrible experience. My familys daytime activities were less than enjoyable due to everybody being overly tired.

Hotel in a central location and is easy to reach by car. There are no parking spaces at the hotel. You can either use the parking garage right next door or use the Valt parking service. Rooms are large and modernly furnished. Cleanliness was also sufficient. However, the bathroom falls short of the standard and could use an update.

Completely disappointed. The doom was dirty. Dust everywhere tub had something blue in it. The A/C unit whistled. Had to go buy ear plugs to sleep. Stayed one night of a six night stay. Bad part have to wait 10 days to get my money back. I will never book a Wyndham property again.

Our room was extremely dirty and seemed like it wasnt cleaned at all. There was garbage in the floor, tons of hair on the floors, toilet had pee on the seat and pubic hairs on the back of the toilet, toilet paste splatter in the mirror, surfaces were filthy, and the list goes on. The beds seemed to have clean sheets on them.
The elevators and the hallways smelled like greasy food- probably from being an older building, which is understandable. We did not request a new room because we arrived late and the kids were exhausted. They ate in the room and went straight to bed.
Rooms: Room was very dirty.
Walkability: This hotel is great for the location. Easily walkable to nearby restaurants, Bay Street and River Street. It took us about 15 min to walk to River Street and we felt safe throughout our walk.

We've stayed here quite a few times and have never had any negative experiences. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was greeted by Deb, the friendly valet who remembered my name with a big smile each time I entered or left the building. The hotel is clean and well taken care of and the location is perfect short walks through lovely neighborhoods reach highpoints of the historic district. Yes, it's in a very quiet and peaceful area unlike the fancier hotels downtown. There are two great restaurants nearby. One, just a block away, is a wonderful and popular Cuban restaurant, Rancho Allegre. The other, The Public, a very modern American and hip place that is very popular with wonderful cuisine this is short walk away. Reservations there I'm not available so it's first come first serve and it's usually crowded. Parking is easy, either at the hotel's own garage or at a municipal garage directly across the street. But we parked in the street where metered parking was very available with five hour time limits. The meters are accessible with the typical muni meter But also can be operated via the Savannah Parking app making it easy to add time or begin a session which runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at a very affordable $1/hour!
In summary, I'd give this hotel a "very recommended" rating.
