If I could give 0 stars, I would. Weve now been waiting 4 hours for a car we prepaid for at this Budget/Avis. At some point, one of the representatives told me that it would only be 10 more minutes. An hour and a half later, I was told yea, he lied. A quick scroll through the other reviews suggests the company needs more resources at this location. Rent from Hertz, Dollar, Enterprise or Alamo anywhere elseat this airport, you can see they have no line.
Update: the icing on the cake is that the car is not even the car we reserved initially. What a terrible experience all around.

I had a reservation. Waited almost four hours to get through the line and finally get keys. Not the vehicle type I ordered. Not a single apology or truthful estimate of how long it would take. I will never use this Budget/Avis/Payless location again.

My pickup experience was not great. The sign at the Budget counter directed us to the Hertz/Avis counter. I waited in line at the Hertz counter only to be told to go to the Avis counter. I'm assuming no car was available for my reservation in the class selected; 90 mins until keys are in my hand. I wasn't provided an explanation for the delay. There was no walk around for prior damage, so I took my own pictures. The car was clean. My own thoughts are to offer an upgrade if the selected reservation car is not available. Whatever it takes to get your customers on the road. The sign at the counter reminded customers to be kind with their words. I would like to remind the company to be kind in their actions. Take care of your customers.....period. I'm hoping the return experience goes well.

I wish that I could rate zero stars to keep anyone from using this service. I waited 112 minutes in line (not exaggerating), and the line was much longer when I left than when I arrived. They were out of cars for most of my wait, and luckily had a few show up by the time I got to the front of the line. Not what I reserved, but at least it was something. Five people showed up claiming broken down vehicles while I was in line. There was a single attendant for over half of my time, and she also had to distribute keys to the people waiting for vehicles (most didnt receive a vehicle after the 2+ hour wait, and were sent off to wait longer for their vehicle) as well as deal with the broken down renters, upset renters, etc. My brother used another company and finished in less than 10min, so its a Budget/Avis issue, not airport. Please, pay the extra $40 and rent from a better company.
