This store has the absolute best staff! Every single time Ive ever been here, everyone has always been so kind and helpful. I literally go out of my way to come to this store to buy and try on shoes because of how kind they are!!

The Manager Tiffany is very rude and unprofessional. Have no Manager skills. I purchased a pair of tennis that was clearly marked at $95. But the tennis rang up for $130. I noticed the error when I checked my receipt email in my car. So I returned to the store, it was approximately 15 minutes from my initial purchase. Tiffany asked me what is she supposed to do about it. She said I should have noticed it before I left the store and to call corporate if I have a problem with it.

I ordered some shoes from here for a sneaker ball. And this was my first pair of Jordans in my 38 years of living. I wish I would have seen these reviews first because my shoes came today dirty. And only one shoe is dirty so this must have been the display shoes. I ordered from here because this was the only store that had this shoe available. And only had 3 in my size. I tried to contact someone via chat but it stated no live chat available. So I sent an email and well see how that goes cause I really need this shoe for my occasion.

Customer Service is awful every time and the manager is worst. Going to tell me shoes were worn instead of listening that the shoes were delivered that way. Dont give these people your money. Go somewhere else.Shoes had no paper to protect product. People in the store just dont care. Someone in this Franchise needs to make this right.

Online order came with security ink tags on it. Nike tech suit came balled up in a shipping box. No plastic protection bag at all. Customer service is non existent. And you're stuck doing what you didn't want which is go inside the store to have removed. Inconvenient, inconsiderate, and rude. Shop Nike direct.
