What a nightmare! Since July of 2022, my auto work has been delayed. Now I am told they are not honoring the quote I was given after being told several times they would. Went to pick truck up today and they asked me to come back in an hour. Seriously the worst experience and work was never even done. Service: Painting

On the recommendation of my insurance company I took my car in for body work ($5,000 est cost), They never returned calls as to status of work. It took them over 8 weeks to complete: two days to inspect it and wash! My rental car allotment ran out after 6 weeks so had to scrounge for rides to work. They were totally unresponsive. I would not recommend them! Service: Body & Trim

My car had a rear-end accident worth $5,000. The insurance company recommended them. It took eight weeks for them to complete the repairs. They never called us to let us know the status. My insurance coverage for a car rental expired after 6 weeks so needed to arrange transportation to work. They have no sense of expeditiously completing a job. It took two days for them to inspect and wash the car at the end (probably a one hour job). Altogether a very irresponsible company to do business with! I would not recommend them!

It has been very slow getting parts. Just started the painting look good so far.
