Was told they had equipment issues which delayed my shipment.
Then next day was told that nobody was there at the store to drop off my merchandise. Bold lie we are open everyday from 830 to 8pm.
Said he would make us first stop next day
3rd day still no shipment and was told we would be last instead for the day.
Tracking info updated for the next 3 days to be dropped off instead. They have my merchandise hostage and bold lying to me about our delivery.
Distasteful.

Paid for 2 day shipping my pallet sent out Wednesday should have been there Friday didnt arrive was told it would be there first thing Monday drove a hour and a half to pick up and was told it wasnt there and would be there Tuesday morning. Set my week back by a day and a half. Not very efficient or true to their word or shipping times.
