Its 11:30 and they go on break at 12 they wont even take anybody. I wanted to schedule and appointment and now o have to come back at 1 because they dont wanna work the last 30 minutes its ridiculous

Went to vital records, the lady were wonderful. Made an appointment over the phone, and even got seen early.

What's the purpose of making an appointment if you are still made to wait for over an hour. We had an appointment and still waited an hour. I wonder what would happen if we didn't have an appointment.

Rude rude rude people!!! Went to go pick up a covid test as I was feeling the symptoms. There was a table with nobody sitting and it had a box of masks on it so I grabbed one because I didnt want to come into contact or talk to anyone without a mask and a lady yelled at me for not asking for one.
