We paid a little extra so the kids could have a pool but the pool was FREEZING .
However the breakfast lady was very kind.

Super disappointing, cost me $900 for 2 nights for a room that hasnt been updated since what looks like 2005. Rooms dont feel clean. Walls are paper thin so you can hear neighboring rooms TV, showers, etc. Parking is a joke, mandatory $45 a night valet. Will not stay here again, avoid this spot like the plague there are much nicer hotels in better locations for the same price or cheaper.

Literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
1) They have one luggage rack for hundreds of rooms, so checking in involved three trips up to the fifth floor.
2) AC in our room was broken. Bell boy that came up when we called and complained just shrugged, laughed and said there was no maintenence staff on premises. Offered a free breakfast instead. We had to demand a new room.
3) Internet was completely down for the whole morning. Made me miss a meeting.
4) Both rooms were disgustingly dirty, with many things broken
5) Gym is a total joke. 4 people max occupancy. Tiny. Why bother?
6) breakfast was $16.95 and there was LITERALLY NO FOOD OR PLATES OR COFFEE CUPS.
7) Manager was supposed to contact us about this horrible stay, but never did. No manager or maintenence staff on site or working, apparently.
This place is an absolute nightmare. We're done with IHG.
UPDATE: The response to this review is entirely false, no voicemails, messages or emails were sent. I have verified nothing caught by spam filters. No effort to remedy beyond this "response" on Google maps. Avoid these frauds at all cost.

$700 for 2 nights over spring break, but only worth the cost of a motel. Bath towels were tiny, thin and hard. I've never seen small bath towels in a hotel room. You cannot call downstairs as the phone does not get picked up in the evening. Most likely understaffed. Wine glass was not allowed to be sent to room only a plastic cup which I had to go fetch downstairs myself. I was told it's because customers steal them. (That's the clientele you have staying here.) No luggage rack in the room. Hallways look worn and the rooms are basic. Noisy if you have a room along the road. 12pm and still noisy from party people. No lounge area to sit and relax. Small bar area downstairs that looked miserable. Breakfast area was ok! Positive is that the bed was comfortable and the staff were all very nice and working hard! The valet guys were wonderful, the front desk ladies were doing a lot and wearing many hats, the lady serving breakfast went above and beyond with her friendliness, the bar tender was nice! I have not stayed in a Holiday Inn for years. I won't stay at one again and I would not stay here again!
