Do not go to this location Arlene is one of the most unprofessional and careless managers Ive come across
I get that youre busy, but not even acknowledging that youre there and completely ignoring you is definitely a red flag.
But lying to you about company policies that are not true in the slightest to prove a point Im not selling to you is beyond me
She should not be even working there. It couldve been the easiest transaction for T-Mobile Buy a few iPhones, and move on with the day But she made it a point to not even do business and accept business.
She knew that I was in a hurry and I could tell it bothered her that people were in a hurry at the store, so she came up with a company policy that would make the process last five times longer.
Which is verifiably completely false and not true. Dishonest location with absolute zero stars of customer service.

I get it your busy but at least an acknowledgement and maybe an estimated wait time would have been nice.

Will ever go to this store again the lady was rude. The way she talked to me as if she was talking down to me. I always go to the one by smith but today stop by here never again
