All Wood Floors did a really great job with refinishing very old flooring. I had 40 plus years of carpeting down which needed to be removed before the existing floors could be sanded and stained. The old flooring was tough to decide on color so Bill created a color by mixing 2 together, which was perfect. This company is very professional and highly recommended.

Great experience with this company! Bill was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the best way to revitalize my hardwood floors. His crew did fantastic work and were able to complete the task beyond my expectations. I highly recommend using AllWood Floors LLC if a refinishing project is on the horizon.

Bill was great in the pre job calls and texts. Scheduling was super easy, the crew showed up in time and did the job fast and professionally. They went their extra mile to ensure a good smooth floor and the results are amazing!!! Highly recommended.

The absolute WORST! if I could give zero stars I would. The owner sent his (in my opinion) incompetent brother to refinish my wood floors. It was agreed-upon prior to starting the job that no machinery would be used around the base trim or cabinetry as it was brand new and all custom built. My painters carefully taped all of the wood trim and cabinets to protect it. His brother assured me that he would hand scrape around the edges and showed me how he was going to do that. After only a couple hours on the job, he decided that was too much work and proceeded to use machinery and gouged every single piece of molding and cabinetry even with the tape on it. Not only was the trim gouged, but in some spots the bottom of the trim was actually sliced so that it no longer touches the floor. He ruined hand built cabinetry and trim that cost $150,000. And the refinishing job was
terrible. I know absolutely nothing about refinishing floors and I could've done a better job. The person who did the refinishing did not match the color between rooms. It was a completely different color. He only put one coat of poly on even though he said he put three. (Bill looked at the final product and agreed that it was only 1 coat.) He did not open the door to my basement to put the poly coat on so you could see where it ended when you open the door. He actually left a foot print in the poly coating in the foyer!
The owner (Bill) had to come back and redo his brother's work, and even he did a terrible job.
He clearly rushed it. He got stain all over the baseboards and left globs of poly coating with crusted dust in the corners. It looks absolutely terrible and I will have to have someone else redo the job as soon as I can deal with the inconvenience of having my house torn up again.
The company who painted the cabinetry and trim gave Bill the estimate of what it would cost to restore the cabinet bases and trim to the brand new condition they were in when BIll's brother arrived to refinish the floors. The repairs consisted of painstakingly filling the gouges with wood putty and caulk and caulking the base where it was sliced above the floor, then sanding, priming, and spraying the base.One week's worth of work and $4000 to do the repairs. Bill agreed that his brother had damaged the cabinets and trim and agreed to the estimate but subsequently only paid me part of the agreed upon amount. He then refused to answer emails, phone calls or text messages to resolve the matter.
He then had the audacity to have his lawyer send me a letter threatening a defamation suit after seeing my negative review on YELP. Apparently neither Bill nor his attorney is aware that defamation involves FALSE statements. See the photos and behold the sub par workmanship and abundant damage! My only motivation in posting a review is to spare others the extensive damage that I have had to deal with. Buyer beware.
