I have to drop a review and thank literally all 3 ladies that were working today. I was in a crunch to find a wedding dress. I ultimately couldn't find one that was dressy enough. But they were extremely helpful and patience with me. They were also working with many other customers and the store was very clean and organized.

i would give it a zero. carrie, an employee or manager in the saratoga store, has a bad mouth. i was in there and she swore and when i mentioned it to her, she apologized and swore again.  she should be fired for her bad mouth.   she's in the wrong store-she belongs in walmart or dollar tree. corporate will be called and a verbal complaint from me will be issued.  this is an upscale store, and she has a trailer trash mouth.
