When I call or email they respond and have sent me records everything I asked the very same day. My two dogs are reactive. One vet won't even touch one of them. Southgate not only treated my dogs but both Bull and Cosmo behaved and felt trust. When a dog trust's staff and Dr. You are at the right place. I will never leave Southgate. I live almost an hour and will commute. They earned my forever trust. Been there since 2012

I have been taking my kitties to Southgate Animal Hospital for over 10 years and will never go anywhere else. The staff is absolutely amazing and the wait time is never over 5 minutes (if at all). Every doctor I have seen there is kind, compassionate and truly cares about my cats. Their prices are fair and they never recommend unnecessary treatments/tests. They also have an amazing app that makes communication with them so simple.

Great first time experience. No waiting and Joyce, Leila, Mach and Dr McNamare were all very professional. Our Kitty received excellent care! Best Vet experience ever (I have used many over the years in different states). Thanks to the great team effort!

Dr. Casey, Dr. McNamee & all the staff are the best. Everyone is so kind, professional and helpful. Thanks for always taking great care of Scout!

So glad to get to see Dr. Casey before she went on her maternity leave! I needed that hug! Joyce is always a joy and really with out of her way to accommodate my crazy Athena. Piper was so calm and welcoming also. Great office, great people! Thank you!
