I am 78 years old and I needed help setting up a new phone to our account and I have been to a few T- mobile centers and few times before and I wasn't real thrilled with the results. Yesterday on 3/25/24 I went to store no.1SPR in Santee and Mr. Kristopher Bhall help me with the new phone, I was so pleased with Kristopher with the way he understood my frustration and he was very patent with me and the way he listened to me so I want to thank T-Mobile for having such an awesome employee there to help customers...mj

We had a fantastic experience here! Despite the store being extremely busy, the employees were sure to greet everyone who came through the door and assess their needs. Kristopher, in particular, was a stellar employee! I was able to watch him interact with an older gentleman prior to working with us, and he was kind and thoughtful. There was no condescension or lack of patience that you often see when people who are tech savvy are trying to educate the older generation. Furthermore, when he helped my husband and myself, there was no pressure or hard upselling, he simply made suggestions and allowed us to choose things for ourselves. A great experience!

Completely dishonest in trying to make sale, and when questioned on it he was rude and condescending. Left went to Costco got same phone with a lower monthly service bill and a 200 Costco card. Tmobile lost a sale and multiple line customer. This store staff needs proper training and management or closed as it's not helping the brand.
