Veterans and Active Duty Military Beware!!
I had an account that went to them due to a Tricare Dental mistake. The amount was for $57 and after contacting the dentist and getting agreement that I can pay the dentist directly and forgo collections...Coastal Recovery Solutions would not allow this. This all happened due to not receiving the bill (due to PCS) and Tricare changing insurance companies. At the end of the day, Coastal Recovery Solutions treated my situation very poorly...all for what $20 in profit. I URGE OTHER BUSINESSES NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
