We had a great experience working with Phil Greiner as our realtor when we sold a house in Santa Fe. He's extra responsive -- I don't think I ever waited longer than 10 minutes to hear back from him when I had a question and he usually texted back instantly. Often I didn't even need to reach out as he was so proactive in making sure I knew what was going on. We had a number of special circumstances relating to the sale, and Phil helped us navigate everything, even going above and beyond to handle many things on his own, which saved us a lot of hassle. He's also just a pleasant guy to talk with and work with. Overall, I'm extremely happy to have had him as our agent. Thanks Phil!
