Terrible, absolutely a ghost city-clerk office! . No matter which # you press btwn 8am-1pm Monday-Friday, NOBODY answers. Emailed Alondra Garcia, left messages, NO ANSWER AT ALL. I live out of state now in AZ and I'm trying to get a certified STATEMENT OF NO APPEAL, it's been months and a total nightmare. You cannot even get an operator, EVER! shame on you California beauroCRAZY! Make sure you keep voting blue, it's truly efficiently working, NOT!

I got married here a little over a year ago. Everything was weird with COVID, and money was tight. Service was what you'd expect. I paid an additional charge to get a certified copy of the marriage certificate along with the original, I just wanted to have a back up. I only received the copy. They also got my name wrong!!! I have a unique middle name, and apparently they decided to not bother. So they just omitted my middle name out of laziness and incompetence. This has caused multiple problems proving my identity, which is a nice bonus. I don't have the ability to take more time off work to deal with getting everything fixed, so thank you Santa Cruz court. You stole my name, my money, my time, and my special day. What an absolute embarrassment.

Baskett is known to punish the wrong abuser. This Justice system is abused and Baskett helps. You do not get to present your side if you're accused of anything so lawyer the f up.

How are these people here to serve the public? They are a joke and extremely rude.
