Absolute worst service ever. Such defensive staff, can not get through a simple lease extension for 40 days. Staff lies! They put us month to month for the time being bcs lease renewal was delayed saying we will get refunded but later said we are not authorized to that. They purposely are keeping us month to month at this point to extort money out of us. Sent tons of email, call almost every other day (they say they will call you back in hour with an update but never do) , had to take time off work to deal with them. Unaccountable and Unprofessional.
Apartments are not the best ones around either.

Update: I want to take a moment to update my previous review. Initially, I left feedback in haste before giving the management a fair chance to respond, not taking into account the weekend timing. Since then, the management team has reached out and addressed my concerns. They've demonstrating their commitment to fairness and tenant satisfaction. I appreciate their effort to resolve the situation and am happy with the outcome.

Mansion Grove Community has been my home for the past three years, and I couldn't be happier. This is my third apartment within the community, and I'm constantly amazed by its beauty and amenities. From the two pools and gym to the tennis courts and basketball court, there's always something to do. The group dance room and lush greenery add to the charm.
The leasing office and staff are incredibly helpful and responsive. Any issues are addressed within a day or two, and they even maintain a small vegetable garden for residents to enjoy. I appreciate the thoughtful touches like Halloween activities and open-air movie nights in the garden.
One of the standout features is the ample open space and parking available, something rare to find in communities nowadays. I've witnessed every season here, from the fall foliage to spring blossoms, and every sunrise and sunset in between. It's the perfect place for a leisurely stroll to soak up some Vitamin D.
The 24-hour gym and the variety of exercise classes offered five days a week are a huge plus. Plus, the community is conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, and outdoor activities like hiking along the Guadalupe trail.
The only downside, which is minor compared to all the positives, is occasional mail theft issues. However, it doesn't overshadow the overall fantastic experience of living here. Mansion Grove is truly the best community to call home.
