I was given the opportunity to pursue my dream career. I chose truck driving, yet I needed the Class A license to start. 1st I went to the orientation, then I kept the appointment that I was assigned to with my own counselor.
We developed THE PLAN and it was submitted, reviewed and approved. All that took about 8 months. Then I was sent to Truck Driversâ€™s School, achieved my license and 6 months later after the search for jobs, I started working for the State of California as an Equipment Operator.
This took some time, so with patience and the dedication DO NOT GIVE UP TRYING. Dreams do come true.
