Casago has been managing our vacation rental property for three years. They are an excellent company to deal with. Our property is almost always rented. Jennie is wonderful to work with! She is always available and was so helpful when setting up our unit to rent. We would highly recommend Casago for managing your vacation rental.

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent events surrounding my account and an unauthorized purchase. I have encountered several issues that need your immediate attention.
Firstly, I would like to bring to your notice that the emails related to cancellation were being sent to an inactive email address, which I do not use. This has caused a significant delay in my ability to address the situation promptly.
Secondly, I have evidence proving that I was not present at the specified address during the time in question. Additionally, I did not sign any consent forms or confirmations with your company, and this should have been taken into consideration before denying my refund request. I feel that my side of the story has not been given proper consideration, and the denial of the refund adds to my frustration.
During the weekend in question, I was in Yosemite, where I had no cellular service, making it impossible for me to be aware of any issues or charges until after the fact. This has adversely affected my financial situation, as the amount in question is substantial.
I want to emphasize that the unauthorized purchase not only went against my plans but has also put a significant strain on my finances. I did not receive any service for the charge, making this purchase entirely unwarranted.
I am committed to resolving this matter and will persist in seeking a refund for the unauthorized purchase. I kindly request that you reconsider my case, taking into account the evidence I have provided. I believe in a fair resolution to this issue and hope we can come to a swift and amicable conclusion.

I could not recommend Casago more! I was a long term renter from them in a beautiful house in Summerland for many years. Not only are they incredibly responsive to any issues with the property (which were very few and far between), the staff at Casago, specifically Spencer, Jennie, and Bento, are such kind amazing people. You will absolutely be taken care of throughout the entirety of your stay. If you are looking for a property management company, Casago is the only team I would trust as well. I'm very grateful for the best years of my life that were spent at their property, as well as the incredible communication, reliability, and service I received throughout the years.

Great company! Cant say enough about their professional and on it attitude. Superb managers and they run a vacation rental to the tee. After stay inspections, housekeeping cleaning and all of the rest completed seamlessly. Jennie was a pleasure to work with. Both transparent and professional. Highly recommend!!
