      image This hotel left me in a nightmare while on vacation. I tried to split the payment onto two cards . Charged both accounts full amount. - I was left with no cash on my own vacation. Then said they need to charge it AGAIN. Even tho you can clearly see my accounts were drained.
      The front desk didnt care and showed lots of attitude towards my situation. They had me call the bank - and then release the hold just to leave even though both of my accounts were clearly charged twice and you can clearly see my accounts were drained of everything . ( Over the weekend holds are not released right away ) . Because of this I was left broke and didnt have any Cash at all during my last three days of vacation . And NOW charged me again 3 days later .
      They did NOTHING to compensate me for such an ordeal. I would not recommend this hotel if you dont have extra cash bc they will charge you several times in a row and then say sorry when youre left with nothing .

      Hello Lasagna Baby,I am so sorry to hear about your situation on pending holds on your credit card. The hotel does take authorizations for full amounts to secure the payment. The average hold is about 3 to 5 business days. I am so sorry to hear this was an interruption while you were on vacation. This is a standard from all hotels when checking in to secure the full amount place a deposit. I sincerely appreciate you bringing this to our direct attention. GM

      image Nice room a little small, comfortable bed, not soundproof, water pressure could have been better, slippers would have been nice, clean, filtered water available outside the room, liked the tiny patio, great location
