Amazing, amazing service !!!! Would highly recommend them - they are not only professional but highly knowledgeable and personable - they understand the ins an outs of insurance. They also helped us save money by looking at our HOA insurance coverages and talking us through what we did and did not need to have additional coverage. So I just switched from AAA to Mercury Ins. Im so glad I did! Definitely got a better deal for the same coverage plus there was an added perk! The customer service was great! I was pretty much helped by Millie, excellent agent! She explained everything clearly went thru the details and broke down my plan. It was so easy to communicate with her and made me feel like family. Something you dont see in this corporate world anymore! I will definitely recommend this office to friends and family. For everyone else you should consider Robertis Insurance Agency before you go anywhere else!!! Thank you MILLIE!!!

I was very happy with the help of Mr. Gastn Roberti, who expedited a procedure that I was struggling with, he also got me a much better price on a policy that I already had, in my experience a very good agency, I highly recommend it.
