I've lived at Park Plaza for several years and I highly recommend living here. The office and maintenance staff are excellent. This community is well maintained thanks to all of the employees. I'm going to give a special mention to Tac Tran (manager). He has always been so kind and helpful. Thank you Park Plaza Staff.

We have lived here since 2021 & we honestly call this place home. The office has always been kind and understanding. We love the maintenance crew, they are so quick on work requests. The office always goes over and beyond for the community and for kids in the neighborhood for the Holidays.
10 out of 10 recommend +living so close to the stores and freeways is a +
