Was giving a lot of false info to sign up after installing it myself found ADT take money out of my account every week called and I was told my was I was offered was incorrect and they dont have a package for me now had to uninstall and send back. Terrible customer service not recommended

Worst company in the planet. Never got my alarm working properly. When you call they put you on hold for hours. Refused to refund my money even after a manager told me they would. All of there call center are in other countries and the people don't speak English . Wish I could leave zero stars . This company is a scam, and I am reporting them to the ftc...

Puchased a new DR Horton home with their smart home features and initially declined the ADT service offered from safe haven because a 36 month agreement length. After the second visit from the area manager I was apparently misled on the level of service I would receive for the 36 months. As they told me (and apparently other customers as well) that if I pay my monthly fee when equiptment breaks they come and fix/replace it free of charge. Fast forward 12 months later a camera is malfunctioning and I am informed that their manager misled me and ADT charges service fees for anything more than a phone call outside of 90 days. DO NOT ALLOW THEM IN YOUR HOME. Clearly they will say what is needed to get your signature and offer nothing but empty empathy when you actually have an issue down the road.
