Ive lived here for 2 years and find it difficult to even consider moving. The location is convenient, buildings and grounds are well kept, neighbors are great, and the staff are professional and considerate. Darlene has been wonderful to my kids and I from the beginning. She goes above and beyond anytime I had issues or concerns and Im glad the new owners brought her back. The recent community events have also been awesome to enjoy and hope to see more this year!

When looking for apartments one of the most frustrating things is dealing with employees who are unknowledgeable and dont care. That is the complete opposite at this complex - toured last week with Sydney and she was able answer all of our questions and had such a positive attitude the entire tour. It really made all the difference! Darlene was also super helpful and kind. The apartments are nice and at a good price for the area. Looking forward to signing a lease here and beginning my next chapter!

Revisiting this review I made a bit ago. Darlene is a poor excuse of a manager and is an extremely rude individual. The only time Ive seen her be polite is with prospective resident looking to rent. I went into the office to go into the clubhouse and a young man was in there asking her a question and Ive never heard an apartment manager be so rude and dismissive of someone. He was asking a simple question and as I overheard she was just being rude and snapped at him a few times. The young man was completely polite as she consistently shut him down. I will be reaching out to Lorri about her myself. Myself among many other residents do not want Darlene as our manager. If you cant talk to someone like a human and be polite and APOLOGIZE if you are out of line then you need to step out of your position or be fired.
