Was just there, and my 3 year old had to use the bathroom. This rude old man working there snapped at us, saying, "he was going to clean." I asked if my son could quickly pee since he's young. He told us we have to wait,l. He asked a three year potty training to wait. He was extremely rude.

Shame on deseret industries for overpricing everything that was donated. They are charging $5 for the free card game that came in a kids Happy meal a few months ago Not to mention the $3 Hot Wheels car new from Walgreens is $5 at deseret industries.. your store used to be for the less fortunate families that couldn't afford to shop at the regular stores now they are trying to get rich off of the less fortunate.

I have to admit this is one of the best thrift stores ive ever been to, the clothes that are put out are in great condition. the employees themselves, they do uncomfortably watch you a little too much in my opinion. but other than that the prices are decent, some tops and bottoms are more than they should be, but for the most part if your on a budget this would be a good place to shop!

I think its a little silly that the negative reviews are mostly of employees. You guys do realize what they do at Deseret Industries, right? They hire people who need a little help learning how to be in the workplace and give them education and a springboard. You will find employees there sometimes who are learning social skills, basic executive function skills, etc.. the DI does this as a service to help strengthen the community. So before you dog on one of the employees, maybe consider they dont have skills most people do.
Been coming here for years.. have found many treasures:)
