Let me start by saying the apartments are lovely. That is why I wanted to live there. But the online system Walker Ranch employs was so user-UNfriendly!! Over an entire week, I uploaded documents, tried to upload bank information, did photos, etc., and STILL could not provide the information they company sought. Not for lack of trying - just lack of understanding what the system wanted. And was there a live person anywhere - on a chat, in an office, over the phone - ANYWHERE who could help me? Absolutely not. So I will look elsewhere. Sorry to have lost this opportunity.

Ive looked at several different apartment homes during my search for a new location to call home. I must say by far this location gave me the best experience in my search. The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable about the property and all the things the property offers for a new resident.

I wish I could give this place no stars. This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in and I've lived in some ROUGH places. You'll pay luxury prices to live here but nothing about this place is luxurious. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every little thing the people next to you or above you are doing. When we moved in, our apartment wasn't even cleaned. The wood flooring was scratched incredibly bad and all management offered was to color it in a with a "crayon" they had. Walls are badly painted with paint splattered all over the flooring. The leasing office staff is rude and will say whatever you want to hear to get you moved in, but please run, don't walk. Do not live here. Our upstairs neighbors sound like they're destroying their floors with whatever they're doing up there but management has done nothing despite numerous complaints with video evidence being provided. They supposedly have security on site at night (that I have never seen) and 3 gates that don't work at all. The fencing around the complex is super easy to climb over or under and just this morning we had a wheel stolen off of our car. The mail boxes are broken into CONSTANTLY. The manager, Rebecca is seemingly always busy and can never be spoken to about any issues but according to the office staff, she's the only one that can get anything done. Just a truly awful experience so far and we've only been here 6 months. I HIGHLY recommend living somewhere else.
