They dont have good customer service skills, and they dont try and communicate with you about what you came in for. I called in for a mani and pedi they only had time for a pedicure. The pedicure wasnt very good for the price I payed. I got no scrub or message and she didnt do a very good job at just cleaning my nails or feet which is what I expected when getting my nails done. I wont be going back.

This was my third time getting a pedicure here. First two times were terrific. I asked the manicurist to please cut my toenails a bit shorter and to file the corners round and to please not cut the corners. The first thing she did, was cut very deeply down the side of my nail, which hurt quite a bit, almost bleeding. My toe was bright pink and hurt to put pressure on it. I know this can also cause ingrown nails. I pulled my foot back and said that it really hurt and again reiterated my request to not use clippers on the sides. The Manicurist insisted she did not cut it. The owner came over and insisted she hadn't cut it!  She was not a witness. It would've been much better to express some concern and apologize instead of being argumentative and in denial. Another woman came in and sat next to me at which point the owner went on and on, about how horrible her landlord is. Very unprofessional.
