Absolutely the Best Jeweler that you can find Marin County!
I wanted to surprise my Wife (currently overseas) with two gifts - a new diamond ring that would make her mouth drop for her birthday and a pair of earrings. The owner and his wife were very kind and patient and walked me through a series of different rings, asking me my Wife's likes and dislikes and we find a STUNNING 3 stone ring, making her Birthday a HUGE EVENT! Thanks Tony!!! This is the ONLY jeweler I'll ever visit from now on!!!

I have been to Rafael Jewelers for a few times and it's always been an nice shopping experience. The owners were listenning to us and they were offering what we had asked. They never tried to rush us!

Had a great experience at Rafael Jewelers. I live in South Lake Tahoe and was looking for a quality store to get my girlfriend an engagement ring. A friend told me about Rafael Jewelers and that he had also got a ring there, well it was well worth the drive! The owners,Tony and Mariette, took a huge amount of time to get to know me and understand the wants of my girlfriend. They made me feel so comfortable, and the selection was great. My girlfriend is pretty fashionable and they had some really unique rings to choose from- the biggest problem when I was there, was picking out the best ring, as there were so many beautiful ones. Tony and Mariette finally helped me decide on the perfect ring, and I truly felt I left there as friends. My now fiancee absolutely loved the ring, and we are definitely going there for our wedding bands! They also have a great watch and jewelry selection, I definitely will be purchasing a watch from them over the next few months.

Awesome jewelry store!! Tony was great to work with, super friendly and knowledgable, you can tell he loves his job! They have an adorable puppy named Cooper, who liveness up the place. We were in town from the city and stopped in on a whim, we had been looking for bands for awhile and were pretty close to purchasing from a store in the city, but we're so glad that we happened upon Rafael Jewelers. They had a really amazing collection of rings and Tony helped us pick out our wedding bands. The Danhov collection, was really phenomenal and the men's bands selections were so much more unique then I had seen in any of the other stores we went to.
We both got Danhov bands, because they were unique but still timeless. They said we could come back anytime for a cleaning. The cherry on top of a great day trip to Marin.

My husband and I have been to Rafael Jewelers a handful of times and each time we had excellent service. Our first time at Rafael Jewelers was to buy my engagement ring. I knew what kind of ring I wanted and had printed out a picture from the internet. It was a popular ring that I've seen on a lot of people, one of them being a close friend. When we came into the store, we were greeted by Tony, the owner. We told him what we were looking for and showed him a picture of the ring we were thinking of getting. Tony showed us rings that looked exactly like the picture and rings similar to the picture. The rings he showed us that were similar were gorgeous. He explained their uniqueness and the little details that made it gorgeous. I fell in love with it right away.
After picking the ring, we picked the diamond that would go in it. He talked about the different sizes, the clarity, imperfections, etc. He showed us one that was a bit over a carat and one that was a bit smaller than a carat, somewhere around .92. When put side to side the diamonds looked the same. The slightly bigger diamond cost more of course, but Tony didn't push us on it. He explained how both diamonds look the same and you can't really tell that the smaller one isn't a carat. He knew our budget and wanted to get us an excellent product within our price range. We picked out our diamond and that was that =) My engagement ring came right on time. We didn't have to call or worry about whether or not our ring would arrive.
Our second trip was to pick our wedding bands out. Once again, we had excellent service. We knew we were coming back to get our bands after our first visit. Tony worked with our budget and explained the different rings we were looking at. He was patient with us while we tried on the rings and answered our questions.
Overall, we have had excellent service and excellent products at Rafael Jewelers. We found Tony and his wife to be very professional, knowledgeable about the products, engaging, friendly, and funny. We will definitely be back to purchase anniversary presents, birthday presents, etc.
