This firm has lost the meaning of professionalism. They are used to gouging Marin people through referrals from real estate and landscape design companies. I have used them once, got another bid from them on a different project (3x the cost of the other company). I then tried to get my files from them and they refused - which I'm pretty sure is illegal, as this is work for hire. This was after chasing them down for weeks - multiple calls, multiple emails. Please do your homework. Look elsewhere.
