Despite my cleanliness and air-tight food storage, the rat problem has only gotten worse since switching to Hydrex. They apparently added incorrect notes within their own customer management system which led to a disruption of my subscription service.
Also, upon Hydrexs initial inspection, they said they would lay traps in the attic. But when the rep came out, he was very reluctant to do so, even though I cleared out my entire roomjust for Hydrex.

Erick was very professional and found more rodent activity than I had found. He laid more traps and is very thorough with his inspections. He is going to continue to remove any more rodents. He is very professional and helpful. Service: Rodent extermination
