Pro: easy to enroll online if you have info from employer like ID#.
Con: This company/Paul won't let you stop service. When I wanted to end my coverage after less than 1 month I called and emailed, when I call only 1 person named "Paul" answers the phone claiming to be the manager and won't allow me to talk to anyone else, this Paul person won't allow coverage fees to stop claiming the 1 year contract can only be terminated early if deceased and even after a year only discontinued in writing (despite having people enroll online they say only read mail?). They have a P.O. box in San Rafael but someone mislabeled address 75 Inverness that's incorrect.

Paul who always answers the phone, claims he a "supervisor" and refuses to give out any further information. He is an older man by.his voice and I suspect he owns this insurance brokerage. I called my husbands union at the Post Office. They will be DROPPING this broker as Paul has generated so many complaints. He is rude, he lies, threatens subscribers with collections illegally, and tells potential subscribers whatever they want to hear ... regardless of whether the policy will actually cover the procedure(s) in question. We are sending a formal complaint to the Dept. of Insurance to request an intensive audit, as we believe Paul is not in compliance and the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER. RUN AWAY QUICKLY!!!
