WARNING TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS:
Cullen has been reconstructing the house across the street from us for over 2 years. They have to rebuild it from the inside out because when Cullen originally built it in 2007, they did not waterproof it correctly and the studs and beams rotted out.
Cullen and his team are loud and obnoxious, and you will not want them working in your neighborhood. Here are a few examples:
- They consistently arrive early to smoke weed for an hour before starting the job. Throughout the day we hear them laughing even with the windows closed and when we go outside, we often smell weed
- Commented on my wife's looks
- Have observed them being friendly with high school girls walking home from school
- Our home is up the hill from their site and we constantly feel like we're being stared at.
- The team drives loud cars and will often rev the engines when they arrive / leave
When my wife tried to address these issues with the manager, he called my wife a" Karen" multiple times. When I tried talking to Cullen, he did not have time to talk to me and walked away / ignored me.
We've tried addressing this with the homeowners by talking to them about their project schedule and requesting they take steps to remove key members from the project. They are apologetic, but do not want to change anything as their project is close to completion. The problem is, it's been "close to done" for 3-6 months at this point.
We have reported this information to the CSLB.
