Initial communication was great. I sent over pictures and what we needed. So far so good. I was asked for more information from them. I sent it over and attempted to schedule an appointment. At that point all communication ended. I sent a follow up email and nothing. Not sure how they do business. They might have been great for some folks but not for me.

Scheduled the Irish Sweep for a second opinion visit. I appreciated their candor and professional assessment. In my case, the non-used, unlined chimney is older and starting to rain down a bit more debris. Lining the chimney doesn't make sense as it's not going to be used. Sally recommended several helpful pointers about keeping water out of / away from the structure. So while I didn't need to use the Irish Sweep, I'd 100% recommend them to everyone.

Sally and crew have cleaned my chimney a couple of times now. They're punctual, friendly, and tidy as you please. The left the firebox clean as a whistle. I am planning to have them back soon to work on the exterior of the chimney, too, which is due to be sealed/waterproofed. Great team, great work. Now if I can just get that song from Mary Poppins out of my head. ;-)That sparklin' chimney-- coo, what a sight!

Sally and her team arrived an hour early for our appointment...WOW I was nervous as I bought the house 20 years ago and was advised at the time to get it swept & never did. Team arrived with booties & drop clothes for everything. The chimney got a cleaning and inspection & to my relief was pronounced 100 A OK. Cant recommend The Irish Sweep highly enough. #1 class act...

They were punctual, exceptionally clean, and thorough.   They were kind enough to take a few photos (unrelated to the chimney) of my roofing that showed areas that needed care.
