""BEWARE "" Worst place to do business with, this lady ELVIA who works here is the worst person to contact, she invaded our privacy going too far in our personal life, making judgments about my wife's income, my son's age, questioning to much, even after been approved she discriminated us so bad and removed our application even when we were already scheduled to sign the contract base on our personal and difficult situation that we're are going through right now (NOTHING THAT WOULDN'T MAKE US NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PLACE) IM DEFINITELY taking legal action for her actions and contacting every local, state or even federal institution to make sure she pays for her actions.

Very bad experience. Elvia was the one who change our information on the papers and told the owners that we were making stories. They listened to her, but never gave us an opportunity to speak up. We contacted one of their agents, Paul (I hope I spelled it right), and he said that he was going to called us back to give us and appointment so we could talk to him about our concerns and to explained how bad they treated us. We are still waiting for his phone call. Also, they told us that they were going to refund our money from the application, and they didn't. Very bad experience. ppl out there, be careful if Elvia deals with your personal information.

These guys are terrible and just want your application fee. I was told that my lower credit is something that could be worked with and they even let me move forward with the pre-screener. They specifically told me they understand how life gets and I told them my score along with my income.  I passed the pre-screener and was able to see the unit. Then after I apply and pay, I check in on my application,  and all of a sudden, I should have never passed the pre-screener. They just do whatever they want, no ethics. the staff are clearly on different pages than each other. do NOT use them
